Irasshai

Irasshai is a story about a group of sushi who find themselves served on a plate in front of drunken customers, and they narrowly escapes after witnessing fellow sushis being eaten alive. The group of surviving sushis runs to the kitchen, but they were stopped by a giant octopus who guards the exit.  Irasshai highlights the power of teamwork, and the importance of optimism when facing obstacles in our everyday life. People and sushi alike work best together as a team, finding creative solutions to whatever problems they have in hand.

Irasshai was shown at the 2010 UCLA Film Festival.

Steve exceeded my expectations and added a powerful, new spirit to my film. Ours was one of the most successful creative collaborations I've been involved with.
